# Plugin doesn’t work unless de-activated

 * I have a custom post type called “exhibitions” on the site mvmuseum.org and the
   archive can be found at mvmuseum.org/exhibitions. Basically, if the custom post
   ordering is enabled on my custom post type, I can drag and drop the items into
   the correct order but in the front end they don’t display in that order. If I
   disable custom post ordering for that custom post type, the order I set previously
   will apply on the front end. This is very buggy and not how the plugin should
   work.
 * On my local development environment, the plugin is working fine (will it break
   on an older version of PHP?) so the live environment might have some differences
   but it was working until today. Also, I am using a rather crazy and inefficient
   wp_query on those archives so that might have something to do with it.
