Plugin doesn’t write to sheet sometimes

Hello, I have a really strange behavior of this plugin.

Most of the time everything is working great. I’m using this plugin with ninjaforms which sends data of food ordering.
First step is user logs with his username and password, then it is redirected to second form where user chooses meal for next day and then send this form. These data are stored on site, sent to user e-mail and then sent to google sheet.

It works 99,9% of the time, but sometimes it does not write the data to google sheet. But only to sheet. I can see user response in ninjaform on admin page, e-mail is sent correctly, but no data in sheet.
And I can’t figure it out. I tried everything but can’t find why. There is no error or something. It just forget sometimes.
