[Plugin: Dofollow] DoFollow not working properly

Hi, I have installed and activated this plugin on many of my wordpress installations. It is a great plugin, thank you! However, for some reason, the plugin is not working correctly on a website where I have the theme iNove installed. Here is a post page where this was brought to my attention. If you notice, none of the links from the comments section are dofollow:

Any ideas on how I can fix this? Thanks in advance!
