# Plugin don’t work

 * Shortcode [starfish testimonial=”display”] just don’t work for my WP site.
   Rich
   Reviews works as expected.

   experiencing trouble using the new testimonial shortcodes. Can you please confirm
   your current theme and/or page builder being used?
 * Also, you only mention the “display” shortcode, is the “form” shortcode working
   as expected? For example:
 *     ```wp-block-code
       [starfish testimonial="form"]
       ```
   
 * One more thing, can you confirm you have testimonials available for display, 
   you have successfully migrated all of the Rich Reviews over to Starfish and see
   them listed under the Testimonials page within the WP Admin menu?

   WordPress 6.2.2 [Wildhorn](https://myland.by/wp-admin/themes.php)
   theme with Advanced Custom Fields 6.1.7, Classic Editor in use.Migration processed,
   testimonials marked as available in admin area.

   information. I will work on getting my environment setup with this theme and 
   the ACF plugin to try and reproduce the issue. However, I am not having much 
   luck finding this particular theme – is it possible for you to share an install
   package so I can test with it? Otherwise, if you are willing, you can share admin
   access to your site and I can take a look directly.
