# Plugin don’t work

 * I recently installed plugin “Custom Product in Woo Order” on my WooCommerce site,
   but I’m encountering an issue. When I click on the “Add Custom Items” button,
   nothing happens, and I am unable to add any custom products to the order.

 * Do you use any plugin that optimize java script?
   If you use any caching plugin
   or any plugin that optimize js (java script), disable it and try.

 * By default, the woocommerce order list page and order edit page URL is- wp-admin/
   admin.php?page=wc-orders
 * But on your website, I found that the URL is- /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=shop_order
 * For security reasons, our plugin loads some JS files based on admin access and
   the URL. Since the URL is different, some of the files and code couldn’t load
   in the order edit page, causing the issue.
   If you are using any plugin that changes
   the URL, please deactivate it and try.
 * If the problem still exists please let me know.
