# Plugin Don’t Work + No Refund

 * Stay away from this plugin. I’ve tried using this plugin on my website and it
   didn’t work on the checkout page at all. I requested a refund and have been waiting
   for over a week! Support is trash and it doesn’t seem like they’re going to refund
   me even though it’s not even been 30 days! I’m reporting this plugin and its 
   developers to WordPress to have them removed. Don’t install this trash plugin
   on your website.
 * EDIT: Changing my review from 1 star to 3 stars, I received my refund, thank 
   you. Support was still slow in my experience and the plugin didn’t work for me,
   so this plugin will forever remain a no-no for me.

 * With due respect, we’d like to inform you that we have no refund requests pending
   at all. Your refund request was already approved a few days ago. It usually depends
   on the bank after how long the refund will be processed. That might be the reason
   why the refund hasn’t been processed as of now. It would be great if you can 
   send us an email via the platform where you previously communicated with us. 
   That way, we can double-check this matter to figure out why it occurred and give
   you a quick solution.
 * **About the support:**
 * According to what you claimed, the Checkout page didn’t work for you. With respect,
   it didn’t work because you didn’t use our plugin properly. If you had explained
   the issue thoroughly, we could have fixed it for you.
 * More than 70 thousand users are using this plugin from all around the world. 
   Whenever any of our plugin users face an unexpected issue while using our plugin,
   we always try our best to resolve that issue. We even helped plenty of users 
   in setting up their stores.
 * AND you are saying that our support is trash. We can assure you that most of 
   the reviews we got so far were for top-notch support.
 * We wish if you would have given us a chance to solve the issue or at the very
   least reach out to us regarding the refund issue.
