# [Plugin: Duplicator] Tutorial

 * First, many thanks for the plugin, that works like a charm.
 * Second, I was initially unable to get it working because I did not understand
   that the 2 files (installer.php and the other with the backup) have to be uploaded
   to the location of the new website.
 * But I got all replies looking into this tutorial found on you tube:

   that is much more detailed.
 * I suggest you place a link to this tutorial in your support page. It will save
   a lot of time to beginners like me.

 * Thanks for the feedback! I’ll get this in the FAQ page. Hopefully when things
   slow down a bit, I’ll get some newer more in-depth videos up for the current 
   version.
