# plugin – e-commerce problem

 * Hi,
 * I have just installed the e-commerce from Instinct and seem not to be able to
   configure the plugin. In the settings area I cant open “presentation” “admin”“
   shipping” etc and the following message appears
    **Your “products page” is not
   currently set to display any products. You need to select a product grouping 
   to display by default. This is set in the Shop Settings page.
 * Need some help with this please.

    you need to set the “Select what product group you want to display on the
   products page by default.: Example categorybracelet 1Example Brand” to get rid
   of the massage . also you can get to each of the tabs in the settings by right
   click.open link in new window (or tab)

 * Ok… I know what the problem is… I just don’t know how to fix it…
 * I am using WP 2.8.1 and I opened error console on Firefox 3.0, 3.5, chrome, and
   IE 8 all of them had the same errors with the jquery library and the admin.js.

 * I looked at the code in mentions but I can not make heads or tails as to why 
   it is having the problem… here is the code it mentions

       form_action = form_action[0]+"#"+ui.panel.id; // get the first item, add the hash then our current tab ID

 * ukis’s solution worked for me. I couldn’t get to the correct admin page to edit
   it until I right-clicked on the button and opened it in a new window.
