    2- On wp-content/plugins/easy-automatic-newsletter/includes/ean-functions.php about the line 130 find

    .'<input type="submit" name="Subscribe" value="Subscribe"/>'

    and replace it with

    .'<input type="submit" name="Subscribe" value="YOUR VALUE HERE"/>'

    3- You can do it only with CSS (or editing the same file above, take a few minutes to figure it out)
    4- CSS and / or changing the same file above.
