actually, I just updated this the other day to support UTF-8. If you are having troubles let me know and I’ll get a patch out to you. 🙂

Is your mysql db setup in utf-8? Which version of the plugin are you using? What language are you trying to use?
Sure, I have just uploaded posts through another plugin by CSV with non English characters.
I am running the latest version. Does it matter which language?

No language shouldn’t matter, I just want to test it first, the patch I made utilized iconv and caused everything to just get converted to ISO-8859-1 which I realize now isn’t a proper solution. Send email me a copy of your CSV with the non-english characters and I’ll correct the iconv calls. analogrithems at gmail dot com
