# [Plugin: Edit Flow] Auto Populate Editorial Metadata using wp_insert_post

 * I have created a web form to automatically create a new post on submission. I
   was wondering if it’s possible (somehow) to collect some of the form data and
   automatically populate Editorial Metadata text fields?
 * For example, let’s say I created an Editorial Metadata text field called “Email
   Address”. I would like to take the email address entered into the form and auto
   populate the “Email Address” Editorial metadata text field.
 * Any ideas or advice, or am I reaching here?

 * Yep, it’s totally possible and should be pretty easy to do to boot.
