# [Plugin: Edit Flow] Post Status interfering with Core WordPress?

 * I have set a custom status as ‘Ready’ to indicate that the post is ready to be
   published.
 * However, when I schedule a post for publishing in the future via WordPress, the
   calendar shows the post as already published but with a future date.
 * Is this expected?
