# [Plugin: Embed YouTube] Doesn't work

 * I have installed the plugin and activated it. Working with WPWeaver theme. When
   placing Youtube-urls in a post, nohing happens, it just stays an url. Tried both
   wysiwyg and html editor, without succes.

 * In your WordPress dashboard, under the **Settings** menu, go to **Media** settings.
   
   Make sure that **Auto-embeds** is enabled.
 * Sorry this isn’t mentioned in the documentation. Working to fix that right now.

 * **isisjade** Please disable all plugins, then reactivate only this plugin
    If
   that works, reactivate the other plugins one by one until you’ve found the one
   that is causing the conflict

 * @**isisjade** I had the same problem. Seems like there was a bug inside the youtu.
   be oEmbed part in the plugin. You have to disable regex on it (as it is in the
   wp core).
