 * Many of us (I’m one) are having trouble with character entities appearing in 
   their comment RSS feeds, which many RSS/syndication readers fail on (Firefox 
   hates them, as well). Entity2NCR should fix the problem, as it converts HTML 
   character entities (» & © and so on) to their numeric equivalents (» & © etc.).

   will* get a fatal error after you upgrade to 1.5.1

 * No, the plugin is fine if you leave it there. I haven’t had time to to remove
   the plugin file yet since upgrading to v1.5.1. As long as you deactivate it before
   upgrading, you’ll be fine.

 * Yep, deactivation is mandatory. Deletion is just good housekeeping.
