# Plugin error and update error

 * Hi,
 * For some reason the prices of the products stopped showing and are replaced by
   a ‘loading circle animation’. I don’t know since when this is happening but I
   haven’t made an changes to the plugin except updating like a week ago. I say 
   a new version today when I was troubleshooting the error and when I tried to 
   update I got this message:

 * I’ve tried removing the whole folder via ftp and installing again but the problem
   persists.

    the message does not contain any error. It seems an error on activation.
   Could you review your PHP error log? If you do not know where it is, you can 
   ask your hosting provider.
