# Plugin Error – Can't add new plugins

 * I can’t see the option to upload or add a new plugin. There’s a tab at the top
   of the plugin page and it says “WP Super Cache is disabled. Please go to the 
   plugin admin page to enable caching.” When I click on the plugin admin page it
   says “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” And I’m logged
   in as the admin. So why don’t I have access?
