# Plugin Error – Failed to parse time string when Process Email manually

 * I am experiencing an error when attempting to run Postie manually. The error 
   message I am receiving is as above.
 * I am using Postie in my website cyberzing.com and it was working fine before.
   May recent updates introduced this issue.
 * I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. If you could provide
   any guidance or troubleshooting steps, it would be greatly appreciated.

 * Sounds like your email client is not formatting the date/time in a way PHP understands.
 * You can try setting `Ignore Email Date` to yes and see if that solves the problem.
 * If not you’ll need to install the support addon and follow the instruction on
   how to collect and send me some logs.
