 * Hi! We were using this plugin on various websites without problem, but now we
   encountered a problem: the plugin causes javascript errors and the timeline carousel
   breaks (itself and other animated elements) when the following circumstances
   are met:
    - We are using the horizontal layout
    - We are logged in to WP
 * It seems that if we view the webpage without logging in, the carousel works fine,
   but we want to sort out why is it happening when we are logged in to WP. If you
   need the website address, let me know how I can send it to you privately.
 * Thank You,
 * Anna

 * Hi [@barbitania](https://wordpress.org/support/users/barbitania/),
 * Thanks for using our plugin.
   There may be a conflict issue with one of your plugins
   or themes.Please try disabling your plugins one by one and see which plugin is
   causing the problem and also try with another theme.If you are still facing the
   issue after trying these then please share your plugin dashboard screenshot so
   that I can figure out the issue from my end.
 * Thank you.

 * I have encounter the same issue on my website too. I cannot provide more information
   due to privacy problem. But I believe that there is something wrong with this
   addon’s compatibility with the new version of Elementor. The problem only happens
   in logged in view, while elementor’s editor view and normal view work so fine.
   Console return the error “Uncaught TypeError: cannot read properties of undefined(
   reading ‘handlers’)” in “/wp-content/plugins/elementor-pro/asset/js/frontend.
   min.js?ver=3.24.2” on the line “class _default extends elementorModules.frontend.
   handlers.Base” and “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (
   reading ‘tools’)” in “/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.min.js?ver=3.7.1″ on the
   line ” ce.readyException = function(e) { ie.setTimeout(function() { throw e })}”.
   I have checked on it and it is believed that the script “/wp-content/plugins/
   elementor/asset/js/common-modules.min.js?ver=3.24.4” is responsible to this problem.
   If you block this script, everything can work fine even when logged in. I don’t
   really know whether the developer of Elementor or this addon should take responsibility
   on fixing this, but I hope the above information can do some help on it.
 * Additional information: You can rollback to Elementor version 3.23.4, it works
   fine with the addon.
