 * Whenever we try to save the user group settings, we get this error: “No route
   was found matching the URL and request method”.
 * This happening on multiple sites at the same time. It started to happen a couple
   of weeks ago. I’ve tried re-saving the permalink structure and deactivating other
   plugins, but the error remains the same, it seems to be coming from this plugin
   itself.

 * Hi [@alesub](https://wordpress.org/support/users/alesub/),
 * Does the error occur when you switch to a default theme, and only the iThemes
   Security plugin is enabled? Also, have you tried deleting the iTSec plugin and
   re-installing it? Please ensure that you have the latest version of iTSec.

 * [@shanedelierrr](https://wordpress.org/support/users/shanedelierrr/) yes, I have
   the site working on a temporary environment, with nothing but the plugin installed,
   and the error remains the same. I have WordPress 6.0.1 and iThemes Security PRO
   7.1.3.
