# [Plugin: eShop] Template Error?

 * Hi! I’ve installed eShop but there’s an issue. When I go to the email section
   to set up the PayPal template, I see this message:
 * “eShop has detected an error with your templates. But don’t worry it is easily
   fixed.
 * “Deactivate eShop, delete your eshop_emails database table (via phpmyadmin or
   similar), then reactivate eShop. (changes you made to the templates will be lost,
   so keep a note of them!).”
 * I followed those instructions and still get the error.
 * I searched through the forums and couldn’t find any note of this issue, so I’m
   sorry if I’m duplicating it. I’d appreciate any assistance or pointers to a way
   to fix this.

 * hmmm, I added that in in the last update because I saw an issue on the site I
   was working on.
 * How many templates do you see? The current correct number is 10.

 * There are 10 templates.
 * I have eShop installed on another site but haven’t upgraded it yet. It’s working
   fine there.

 * in that case ignore it… I’ll change the message to make it more understandable
   and I’ll stop being clever with the way it shows 🙁
