 * Started getting these errors today in the header of the site and admin. Haven’t
   added or updated anything recently. Any thoughts?

 * could it be a plugin/theme causes it? can you try to temporarily deactivate other
   plugins or reverting to default theme?

 * Deactivated all the plugins … same thing. Happening across multiple themes as
   well.
