 * Doesn’t seem to work for my site. installed ok and everything goes according 
   to plan, but the nav still shows up.

 * Does your theme use WordPress menus (in the Appearance > Menus admin screens)?
   Does the plugin work if you switch to the Twenty Ten or Twenty Eleven themes?

 * It’s too bad this plugin also removes the page from the sidebar. My theme didn’t
   come with a wp_list in the header. It’s very difficult to find other alternatives.

 * You can use the custom Exclude Pages `<?php pause_exclude_pages(); ?>` and `<?
   php resume_exclude_pages(); ?>` template tags to wrap an area where you don’t
