 * I upgraded to 1.8.1 on two of my sites and now every page in the Exclude Pages
   option says
 * > N.B. An ancestor of this page is excluded, so this page is too.
 *  even on pages that are at the top level. This is not true but it still seems
   to function like I expect; I can hide and add pages to menu.
 * The “Edit ancestor.” link brings me to `/wp-admin/page.php?action=edit&post=`
