# [Plugin: Exec-PHP] Editor cannot edit any posts – but can view/delete

 * Just noticed that [http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/exec-php/](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/exec-php/)
   prevents editor users from editing posts. My editor was a little confused!

 * Grant the following capabilities to role Editor: **edit_others_posts**, **edit_others_pages**,**
   edit_others_php** and **exec_php**.

 * Having the same problem. I only want the administrator to have edit_others_php
   and exec_php, but if editors lack the current needed extra exec-php capabilites,
   they can’t moderate comments.

 * Just wanted to verify frankpw’s solution. I used a plugin called Capability Manager
   to handle this.
