Plugin exhausting memory – Blank search gives a HTTP error 500
-
Hi there
First of all thank you so much for your plugin!I am hosted at Kinsta with my site http://www.weensu.dk.
When doing a search in the product search field for a product that does not exist, lets say something like “abmdhelsfio”, my site crashes. It returns an “HTTP Error 500” error.
I contacted Kinsta about this, and they wrote me this back:It looks like it’s due to the duracelltomi-google-tag-manager plugin exchausting your memory, here’s the full error:
2019/06/06 19:02:04 [error] 518#518: *388525 FastCGI sent in stderr: “PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 16384 bytes) in /www/xupeqone_964/public/wp-content/plugins/duracelltomi-google-tag-manager/integration/woocommerce.php on line 682PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 249856 bytes) in /www/xupeqone_964/public/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4339PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 258048 bytes) in Unknown on line 0” while reading response header from upstream, client: 2a01:4c8:100c:c925:c163:3690:a142:ce8d, server: http://www.weensu.dk, request: “GET /vendor/laoehle/ HTTP/1.0”, upstream: “fastcgi://unix:/var/run/php7.3-fpm-xupeqone.sock:”, host: “www.weensu.dk”
You may wish to either deactivate the plugin, or reach out to the plugin developers on this, as our memory limit is already pretty high by default.
Can you help with this please?
Cheers
