 * Okay, so I need a way for this to run automatically at a certain time each day….
   I’m not very good at PHP but I understand a little….also I know a little bit 
   about cURL which I’m thinking that may be the direction to go in.

 * Looks up WP-Cron in the Codex, I expect there are also some good cron plugins.
   We have no plans to build in any automation ourselves.
