Plugin extensions not working

We searched the itthinx site end to end looking for a way to contact the author of the plugin you are reselling and looked for any relevant documentation and a way to create an account…RU sure that this plugin is supported and that it actually works…This is starting to look really strange to us…clearly it not working as we would expect…We can only make a single group the plugin keeps complaining about needing to be updated items described on your site are not working and the clock is ticking…
Then we have the Stripe issue from the first email it’s not showing up in the default gateway list box…considering we only want to use stripe is seem odd that this plugin is in fact activated but not working as expected…
We’ve had no response at this point…
