# [Plugin: External DB authentication] Log In Issues

 * Originally it worked as it allowed me to log in from my community details but
   I’m having reports that for some reason it’s not allowing anyone else to log 
   in. I’ve checked using my wifes account who has yet to been logged via this system
   and she’s unable too.
 * Not exactly sure why this would work and then fail but would appreciate any assistance.
