 * I tried downloading pluggin in but it says no pluggin available/found….. can 
   you advise?

 * When I clicked Download, it pointed me to this URL
 * [http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/extrawatch.zip](http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/extrawatch.zip)
 * and the download was ok,
    but regarding the content of the archive, first you
   need to unzip it: and inside of the archive there is extrawatch\extrawatch.zip
 * and this is what you need to install

 * I changed it now so this step is completely obsolete

 * the installation was successful but after activating the plugin when i go to 
   the extrawatch settings it shows “cannot connect” msg. pls help
