# Plugin “Facebook Chat” doesn’t work

 * Hello,
    I have activated and configured the official facebook chat plugin on 
   my wordpress site, but unfortunately it is not visible. Could you please check
   why it doesn’t work? I think I followed the instructions correctly.

   there. Can I ask you to go through the setup process one more time, from the
