# [Plugin: Facebook Comments] Problem with Comment Moderation Area

 * I installed Facebook comments plugin with no problems. The problem occurs when
   I try to enter the Comment Moderation Area. I get a message “Sorry, something
   went wrong. We’re working on getting this fixed as soon as we can”. It lasts 
   for two days now. A similar thing occurs when I click on “Create an App to handle
   your comments”. Otherwise, the comments are running smoothly, the only problem,
   like I said, is I can’t access them to get them changed (delete or block).
    What
   is the problem? Thanks!

 * this seems odd. have you set up any other apps? can you access them?
 * the problem is from facebook’s end. you may want to email their support team.
 * have you simply clicked on the main landing page for moderation?

 * Yes, I clicked on the main landing page **[http://developers.facebook.com/tools/comments](http://developers.facebook.com/tools/comments)**
   link and get a error message I wrote. When I try to set up (from my Facebook 
   account) another app, after entering Security Check letters I get message “Sorry,
   something went wrong. We’re working on getting this fixed as soon as we can”.
   Do you know, in which e-mail address to send a letter to facebook support team?
   
   So, you think the problem is from Facebook’s end? It is strange that it did not
   resolve for several days? Thanks.

 * this means it is an issue with facebook. get in touch with their support team
   who will try and figure it out.

 * The problem still exists. But, I have a new question. Is it possible to combine
   Facebook and WordPress comments to appear in one place? (to mix them)

 * i have witnessed other people having this issue. weird.
 * re: merging – not as yet but there are plans to. no completion date for this 
   unfortunately
