 * The first instruction is to go to “[https://developers.facebook.com/apps&#8221](https://developers.facebook.com/apps&#8221);
   and click on the “Create New App” button.
 * There is no such button.

 * I navigated around before taking the screen shot and I finally see the blue button
   at the top under the “Apps for Facebook” link. I swear it wasn’t there before.
