 * Can you explain what the “manually” option under the Position drop-down does?
   The existing “below” option is crowding out some other AddThis options I have
   and I would like to add some space manually or position it the plugin.

 * How do you add it manually to your templates? I tried adding in the shortcode,
   but it just echo’ed back the shortcode.
