[Plugin: Facebook Profile WordPress plugin] Install error / missing step in readme

    Hi Claude,

    Thanks for the plugin, I’ve got it working and it does exactly what it’s supposed to. A couple of issues I ran into during the install:

    1) When I did the automatic install through the dashboard, it put the plugin in a subfolder like facebook-profile-plugin/fbprofile. By manually moving the plugin up one level (i.e. plugins/fbprofile) I was able to activate.

    2) When I followed the readme, I found I had to put in a Canvas URL as well as a Canvas Callback URL (I chose the name of my blog). This was necessary to enable the ‘Go To Application’ button in order to add and share the app. Maybe I just missed the step in the readme, but I think it’s not there.

    Other than that, it works great! Thanks for the work you’ve done!
