Brand new to wordpress and this plug in is exactly what we need. I am having some major issues getting it set up, even after (I think) I followed the instructions. * I’m getting a 404 error and the layout is not working at all. The layout on mine has them all on one page (where the expand/collapse works), and also on separate pages as posts. I can’t change the page type that I can see anywhere to achieve this. I tried going through the instructions again and i can’t see what I’ve done wrong. Not sure if this is a limitation of my theme? * the 404 error I am getting is when I use the breadcrumbs at the bottom of the page and click on home>FAQ, which should be the “main” FAQ page I think – I need to add this to my menu. * thanks again for looking at this for me! Those are going to be there whether or not you use the shortcodes on a page. * If you want an FAQ page, you need to create it and add the shortcode.
