# [Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] Cannot create more forms

 * I only have 1 form (Form:1), but the links for other forms (Form: 2 | Form: 3
   | Form: 4) do not work.
 * Nothing happens and each option still shows form 1.
 * What gives?
