[Plugin: Faster Image Insert] Caption editing problem

There seems to be still a problem with editing captions while the plugin is loaded.
After uploading an image into a post and editing the caption the changes are not saved. Editing the caption through the media library saves the caption. But the edit is not shown when editing the image caption again in the edit post menu. Also the caption is not shown on the page

The problem disappears after disabling the plugin and resetting the plugin folder.

It’s also in WordPress 3.4.1
