# Plugin fatal error

 * Plugin installs without issue, but activating it generates an error:
 * “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.”
 * I can certainly walk one by one through a few dozen other plugins installed and
   working well on this instance, as well as testing the theme, but…. has anyone
   run into this before? Anyone resolve it?

 * Checked both WP debug log (debug enabled via wp-config.php) and the Apache logs—
   no log entries for the times/event around trying to enable the plugin.
