 * Oddly, the configuration options for this plugin are visible to non-admin users.
   I’ve confirmed by logging in as a “contributor” and you can see and edit the 
   options.

 * Yep.. I”ve just been through a long process of de-activating my theme and every
   plugin and this one’s settings are *definitely* visible to all my users – including
   contribs.
 * Anyone else notice this?
