 * Auto upgrade wordpress from 4.1.3 to 4.1.4 and get this error
    “the plugin wordfence/
   wordfence.php has been deactivated due to an error: plugin file does not exist.”
   Site is hosted on MS Azure Websites.

 * Will it let you try to install Wordfence again? We don’t officially support Azure
   Websites so I’m not super familiar with what could be causing the issue.

 * Hi–I’m getting this same message. Only on one of my sites so far, thankfully.
   It just disappeared. But, when I go to install it again, the install fails, with
   this message: Destination folder already exists.

 * Just tried to install again, and received the same error message. I can’t update
   it, because it isn’t there. Any other thoughts?
