# [Plugin: FireStorm Support Ticket System] Doesn't work

 * I’ve installed this plug in as the admin. I am not only the admin but the ONLY
   user for the site. When I like on the “Fire Storm Support Ticket” button at the
   top of the site, it just bring me to a page that states “You do not have sufficient
   permissions to access this page.”. If I don’t have access, who would??? I have
   tried to delete and re-add the plugin to the site and nothing works. I’m going
   to have to delete it for good!

 * same problem here . my error msg is “This is somewhat embarrassing, isn’t it?

 * Hello, the main “FireStorm Support Tickets” link was broken however this is resolved
   in version 1.02.
