# [Plugin: Flash Gallery]

 * I’ use the flash gallery plugin in a site, but I’d like to know if there’s a 
   way to put the thumbs in a certein part of the “box” (i.e. vertical on the right/
   left or down/up straight in a single row).
 * Another thing I can’t understand: I created a gallery with WP thumbs settings
   at 168*123 (if I remember well…) but I needed thumbs smaller. I changed the params
   but on the gallery they screwed up. I deleted every imgs in the media, set the
   new params for the humbs (110*83), created another gallery but now I have smaller
   thumbs with a black stripe on the bottom….I can’t understand why, img are all
   640*480 so 110*83 it’s proportional…

 * It’s stated [right there in the documentation](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/flash-gallery/faq/):
 * > **My thumbnails overlap / look wierd / behaves badly**
   >  Flash Gallery assumes
   > you’ve got square thumbnails – same width as height. Make sure you’ve checked“
   > Crop thumbnail to exact dimensions” in WordPress Admin -> Media.
   > You can run Regenerate Thumbnails to apply your new settings to all images 
   > you’ve uploaded.

 * lol, I read all the params to play with, I clicked on the link to this section
   of the forum but i missed that part about thumbs. So there’s no way in the future
   to not have square thumbs? 😛
