 * From your screenshots there is some clue that plugin works with multilingual 
   support. What are you using for this purpose? How did you integrated it?

 * For multilanguage support you should use:
 * – qTranslate ([http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/qtranslate/](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/qtranslate/))
   –
   qTranslate extended ([http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/qtranslate-extended/](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/qtranslate-extended/))
 * When you have both plugins active, **Flexible Custom Post Type** will get multilanguage
   automatically.
