Plugin folder delete after minutes

Hello,

I’m migrating wordpress websites from an old linux server to a new Windows + Linux VPS.

Websites work good, but if you try to update a plugin or the whole wordpress website version using the wordpress administration panel, wordpress give an error: impossible to remove the old plugin folder, or: impossible to create the new plugin folder.

This issues occurs only when you try to update a plugin or running wordpress version, in fact, if you try to install new plugins, it works good: wordpress creates the plugin folder, and no issues occurs.

I see that, if you go with remote desktop in the plugins folder, immediatly after you receive the error, you can see that the plugin folder is still there, and, if you try to delete it manually or to open it, windows server give an “access denied” error.

If you wait some minutes, the plugin blocked-folder autonomously disappears, and so you can install the up to date plugin version.

Do you have any idea why this invalidating late folder cancellation happens?
