# Plugin for Convenience FEE

 * I’m waiting on confirmation from the plug in developer on whether this plug in
   will work on the payment page. I am trying to implement a 3% convenience fee 
   to cover my merchant fees. Authorized.net does not allow. I don’t want to move
   my account who I’m currently with as I have very low rates and a long relationship
   with this company. I am seeking to find the right plug in that will allow me 
   to offer this online. Anyone familiar?

 * Adding a convenience fee at checkout is not a core feature of WooCommerce. However,
   there are plugins available that allow you to add extra fees based on payment
   methods. You may want to explore plugins like [https://woocommerce.com/products/payment-method-based-fee-discounts/](https://woocommerce.com/products/payment-method-based-fee-discounts/)
   to see if they meet your needs.
 * Since you’re waiting for confirmation from the plugin developer, it’s best to
   check directly with them regarding compatibility with the payment page. Additionally,
   keep in mind that some payment gateways have restrictions on adding surcharges,
   so it’s always good to review their terms.
   If that does not help, you can achieve
   that with some customization. However, we do not provide support for customization.
