 * Hello,
    I’m looking for a plugin that meets the following requirements: 1. customizable
   online input mask 2. List of results visible to anyone logged in by email 3. 
   Search function for the list
 * Background: I would like to build a person database, in which each registered
   person can enter his own information and can also search for particular names
   or cities to connect to others in the same city.
 * If there is no plugin, how could I do it myself? I have already entered a few
   lines of HTML code to change color or font, but that’s it with “programming experience”.

 * You’ve described a fail complex application, but you’re asking for help with 
   a tiny… almost insignificant… portion of the whole solution and in isolation.
 * Which leads me to wonder… have you already implemented the “background” you described
   and looking for the specific “requirements” you mentioned?
 * If so, kindly describe what plugins/tools you used, so we’ll know the context
   advice accordingly.

 * Assuming your project can wait till you’ve mastered the craft…
 * Take a course in **PHP**, **HTML**, and **MySQL**. You may also want to add **
   JavaScript **and **CSS **to the mix to add some jazz and whiz to your plugin.
 * Be prepared to put in a ton of hours if you really want to succeed in your quest.
   Find a mentor to guide you and speed up your journey to mastery.
