Plugin for members to enter and view data?

Hey guys, I need a plugin that allows users of my membership site to be able to enter and track data. I’m starting a fitness site so I want my members to be able to enter their weightloss goals and then check their progress against their goals periodically. For example, the member would enter into a field that they currently weigh 150 pounds and want to weigh 140 pounds in one month. Then over the course of that month they would weigh themselves and be able to see a graph of their progress towards their goal. Anyone know of a plugin that could be adapted to do something like this? Thanks
