Plugin for questionnaire/ survey??

I’ve been trying to find a plugin for wordpress for the last couple of days that will allow me to create a questionnaire for my website.

There are quite a few listed in the extensions section under searches such as ‘forms, survey, questionnaire’, but suprisingly none of them are what I’m looking for.

The questionnaire is over 70 questions long, so basic free sites such as Survey Monkey are no use to me.

The questionnaire is for a dissertation and requires text area fields for users to type their opinion, rather than always picking from multiple choice answers.

After the survey is completed I would like to just be able to view each submission at a time – I’m not bothered about statistical analysis.

I’m not capable of coding one in PHP myself which is why I have been looking for a plugin. Does anybody know any other plugins I may have overlooked?… or know anything that might help?
