# [Plugin: FormBuilder] Export timeout

 * Hi there,
 * I am having issues with the FormBuilder export. We current have around 2,500 
   records stored in the database as XML and when we try to export them the system
   timesout and I get a 500 Internal server error.
 * I have increased the memory/timeout delay on the server but this does not fix
   the issue and it is not wise for me to increase the timeout value anymore as 
   we are on a shared server.
 * Any help with this appreciated. I really need to retrieve this data.
 * Any other apps able to export the XML data in the DB and turn it into nice friendly
   CSV?

 * Were you able to resolve your problem? I am unable to export my data, and like
   you – really need to retrieve it. Only about 15% of my data comes down in the
   attempted XML export using the standard Tools/Export function from the WP.com
   dashboard.
 * Thanks for any suggestions you can make. (I do have a lot of content – I estimate
   30MB.)
