 * Hi,
 *  Two problems I got here that I need some help with.
 * 1. I am using the latest 3.0.3, and for some reason I can’t make file upload 
   to work. I made the field required, but when I am doing a test run on the form
   with an attachment, it always gives me an error saying that there is no file 
   attached.
 * 2. Scale is not working on mine because every time I set it to scale 1-10 and“
   save”, the page continues to run with scale in the thousands (e.g. 3001, 3002,
   3003…).
 *  Please help with the above, thank you very much~
